Herzlich Willkommen im Kommunalen Integrationsmanagement (KIM) im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke.

KIM ist ein Beratungsangebot für alle Zugewanderten in Minden-Lübbecke. Wir setzen uns für gleichberechtigte Teilhabe und Integration zugewanderter Menschen ein. Unsere Case-Manager*innen (Berater*innen) unterstützen zum Beispiel bei Fragen zu den Themen:

  • Arbeit und Ausbildung
  • Schule
  • Aufenthalt
  • Ämter und Behörden
  • Erlernen der deutschen Sprache
  • Gesundheit
  • Familie und Soziales
  • Freizeit

Auszubildende und Schüler*innen finden Unterstützung durch das KIM an den drei Berufskollegs im Kreisgebiet.

Das KIM unterstützt systematisch bei der Integration in Arbeit oder Ausbildung. Nach der Arbeitsaufnahme sind wir weiter Ansprechperson für Arbeitnehmende und Unternehmen, um das Ausbildungs- oder Beschäftigungsverhältnis langfristig zu sichern. Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit den Ausländerbehörden, dem kommunalen Jobcenter, der Arbeitsagentur und weiteren Akteuren zusammen. Unsere Angebote: ·         Unterstützung bei Formalitäten – z.B. bei Fragen zu Aufenthalt, Arbeitsgenehmigung, Führerschein oder Anerkennung von Qualifikationen (kurze Wege) ·         Beratung zu beruflicher (Weiter-) Qualifizierung für Arbeitgebende und Arbeitnehmende ·         Beratung zu und Vermittlung in Sprachförderangebote ·         Unterstützung von Arbeitnehmenden und ihren Familien bei sozialen Fragen (Kinderbetreuung, Sozialleistungen, Aufenthalt, Informationen zu Freizeitangeboten etc.) ·         eine längerfristige individuelle Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden und der Betriebe Wir möchten insbesondere Unternehmen im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke ansprechen und zur Sicherung des Bedarfs an Fach- und Arbeitskräften beitragen.
